Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope of Services

Mutlu Accounting provides DigiD application and activation support, income tax returns (Basic, Plus, Complex, M-form and C-form), toeslagen applications and reviews, official correspondence support, ZZP/KvK startup advice, BTW returns, bookkeeping, guidance with opening a Dutch bank account, municipal BSN/BRP registration support, and the package services described on this website. The exact scope of each engagement is stated in the written quotation or confirmation sent to you before work begins.

Bank-account and BSN/BRP support consists of guidance, appointment assistance and document preparation. The applicant personally completes identity verification and municipal registration. IND family-reunification or residence-permit applications are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Individual Services and Packages

Individual services cover only the task stated in their description. Packages combine the services listed on the relevant package card. If additional work, corrections for previous periods, an unusually high volume of documents, or advice outside the package is required, your approval of the scope and additional fee will be obtained before work continues.

3. Pricing and Payment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices shown on the website are consumer prices including VAT. Prices described as “starting from” are finalized after the file has been reviewed. The price and payment date are confirmed in writing before the service begins. Later price changes do not affect work already underway.

4. Your Responsibilities

For services to be completed correctly and on time, you must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents, including identity details, your BSN number, and income records. I cannot be held responsible for delays or problems caused by missing or incorrect information.

5. Tax Returns and Bookkeeping Responsibilities

Tax and BTW returns are prepared based on the records and documents you provide. Bookkeeping does not constitute an independent audit of the accuracy of those documents or the commercial nature of the transactions. You must provide requested documents by the stated date so that official deadlines can be met.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Approval and the amount of any tax refund or allowance ultimately depend on the assessment of the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst). No specific refund amount or application outcome is guaranteed; my aim is to prepare and submit your application accurately and completely under the applicable rules.

7. Cancellation and Ongoing Services

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance service contract made online, by telephone, WhatsApp or email without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is confirmed. Send your name, the service, contract date and an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@mutluaccounting.com.

If you expressly ask me to begin during the 14-day period, a proportionate amount may be charged for work completed up to the date of withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the right of withdrawal may end. For recurring or subscription services, the start date, duration, payment interval and cancellation method are stated in the quotation; any notice period for a renewal term will not exceed one month.

8. Limitation of Liability

I carry out my services with due care and attention. However, I cannot be held liable for consequences arising from decisions, processing times, or delays by the Belastingdienst or other official authorities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek a solution together in good faith.
